Inventions and utility models – patents

We provide for our clients comprehensive services related to inventions and utility models, in particular preparing and filing applications, and further proceedings before the suitable Offices. We provide professional assistance starting with patentability search, until expiring of patents or other exclusive rights. We advise our clients on choosing the accurate strategy to protect their solutions. We have extensive experience in assisting in international cases. Our clients protect their solutions through us not only in Poland and European countries, but also, for example, in the US, China and in countries selected in the Eurasian patent.

We act before:

• Patent Office of the Republic of Poland [Poland – inventions, utility models],
• European Patent Office [EPO – inventions, European Patent],
• Word Intellectual Property Organization [WIPO – inventions, possibility of obtaining patents in many countries in the word basing on single application according to Patent Cooperation Treaty [PCT].

We also act as agents in contacts with cooperating IP firms around the world in order to register and obtain protection in selected markets.

We deal with the validation of European patents [EP] in Poland.

Designs

We prepare and file designs application as well as we assist in all proceedings related to designs.

We act before:

• Patent Office of the Republic of Poland [Poland],
• European Union Intellectual Property Office [EUIPO, registered community designs],
• Word Intellectual Property Organization [WIPO – possibility of obtaining exclusive rights in many countries around the word basing on single application according to Hague Agreement.

We also act as agents in contacts with cooperating IP firms around the world in order to register and obtain protection in selected markets.
