Inventions and utility models – patents

We provide for our clients comprehensive services related to inventions and utility models, in particular preparing and filing applications, and further proceedings before the suitable Offices. We provide professional assistance starting with patentability search, until expiring of patents or other exclusive rights. We represent our clients in these matters before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, European Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office.

We prepare and verify agreements associated with industrial property.

Validation of European Patents

We deal with cases of validation of European patents [EP] in Poland as well as of provisional protection of European patent applications.

We prepare and file translations into Polish of granted European Patents, we substantively pay all respective fees, we are watching due dates of terms in validation procedures.
