Engineer with practice in industry, European patent attorney in 2004 – 2017, professional representative before the European Office for Intellectual Property (EUIPO). A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, entered in the list of patent attorneys of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland in 1978. Founder of the patent firm, for many years (in the period 1995 – 2017) President of the Management Board of Rzecznicy Patentowi INVENT Sp. z o.o. He completed post-graduate studies in civil and administrative law at the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw.

Włodzimierz specializes in representing clients in application proceedings for inventions and utility models from many fields of technology, especially in mining and construction (he prepared and filed over 600 applications). Many years of practice and experience allow for the effective provision of consultancy services in many aspects related to industrial and intellectual property. A long-term court expert in the field of industrial and intellectual property.

He actively participated in the works of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys from the beginning of its existence, performing various functions until 2019, including for many years the function of the Dean of the Silesian District of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. In recognition of his activity, he received the title of Honorary Dean of the Silesian District of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Representative of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys in the I-III Congress of Court Science.
